Mactan Island MPC was founded by twenty three (23) enlightened cooperators who were envisioned and chartered their own cooperative endeavor. It was organized on August 26, 2002 with an initial capital of P107,662.00 and now over Php 12 M in Paid-up-Capital as of December, 2019.
