Our History

MILESTONE

​October 3, 2002 - was duly registered as primary multi-purpose cooperative with Cooperative Development Authority (CDA)

 

October 23, 2002 – First maximum loan release of P/ 100,000.00     

 

2003 – Open Consumer Store to members only Authorized capital by CDA               of 1.5 M was met.​

 

2004  – Invested in CLIMBS as Insurance Provider           

  – Amendments of Articles of Cooperation and By-Laws Increase in                Capitalization was approved by CDA            

  – Tax Exemption Certificate by BIR was released as compliant to                 R.A.6938             

  - Registered in Social Security System ( SSS ) & Home Delopment and                 Mutual Fund  ( Pag-ibig ) as compliant for cooperatives

 

2005  – Invested in CISP as Insurance Provider​

 

2006  - Annual General Assembly Meeting 1st held in hotel (Crown Regency                   Suite)​

 

 

2007  – Hit the Budget, Revenues exceed than the Budget

 

​2008  – Affiliated in Philippine Coop Central Fund Federation (PCF) and                VICTO National            

  -  Revised Policies and Manual of Operation            

  -  MOA signing with I-Pay Solution as Bayad Center​

 

2009   - Purchase of Lot for housing purposes as mandated in R.A. 9520  

  -  Revised Coop Vision, Mission and Goals             

  - MOA signing with SM as partner in SM Retail Card​2010   – 1st highest collection on loans more than released             

  -  New Amendments on Articles of Cooperation and By-Laws to                 conform R.A. 9520            

  -  Invested in Coop Centrum

 

​2011  -  New BIR Tax Exemption Certificate was approved and released
